Peppermint Essential Oil Aromatherapy has a sharp, penetrating mint scent based on its high menthol content. The sweetness of the vapor makes it easy to see why it is such a common flavoring and scenting agent.

Cautions: Peppermint Essential Oil can be sensitizing due to the menthol content. Avoid use during pregnancy.

How to Use:

• Diffuser: Put the water in the diffuser then drop the essential oil 2-3 drops.
• Bath: add 4-6 drops of essential oils to your warm bathtub and soak for 15-20 minutes.
• Massage: add 2-3 drops of essential oils into a blend with Base oil 1 teaspoon.

• 100% Pure Essential Oil (Solvent Extractions). Not for internal use.
