We can ship worldwide with Shipping Flat Rate = $12.95 and add Shipping Quantity Rate = $1.95 per one item.
Shipping Policies
- All our items will be shipped to the buyer’s registered address only.
- The package will be shipped directly from Thailand via Thailand Post Standard airmail services with Tracking Number within 24 hours after received cleared payment.
- Postal service estimates for delivery are as follows:
- International – normally 10 to 21 business days, or longer due to transit traffic or custom inspection, etc. (Delivery estimates are in business days and do not include weekends and holidays)
- Sometimes it will take a bit longer due to the efficiency of your local postal service. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
- If your item has still not arrived within 30 days yet, Email us to investigate the case.
- Our items are carefully packaged to protect against damage in shipping.
Conditions
Returnable, defective product will be offered an exchange within its original package without any damage. If for any reason you are not 100% fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for any reason within 10 days after you have received it for a refund. Please note, we do not accept returned items if we have not been notified prior.
Please note, we have a 20% restocking policy and all shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges, you will be responsible for any fees incurred.
